Fashion trend analysis

  • Conduct market research through fashion magazines, websites, and attend fashion trade shows to keep abreast of the latest fashion trends, styles and industry know-how
  • Research on new blending of yarn with yarn suppliers and new knitting pattern

Product design and development

  • Create and develop new collections of knitwear design that are tailored to match each customer's budget and style
  • Formulate or develop over 100 new knitwear designs in each main fashion season

Procurement of raw materials

  • Select suppliers for the purchase of necessary raw materials and accessories
  • Source the required raw materials to meet the product specifications set out by the customers

Production management

  • Choose and engage the third parties manufacturers with reference to the product types and specifications
  • Responsible for the overall production management which includes, among other things, monitoring production schedule, evaluating the performance of third-party manufacturers and providing technical advice to third-party manufacturers

Logistics services

  • Ensure that appropriate logistics for the delivery of the finished products to the port specified by the customers are made by the third-party manufacturers
